tk10 Terms & Conditions

tk10 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. In this document, "user", "you", or "member" refers to any person who registers on tk10 or uses this platform in any way.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tk10 and its members. These Terms may be updated at any time, and the latest version will always be available on this page. Creating an account or continuing to use the platform means you have accepted the latest Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use tk10's services. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform. We may request proof of age during registration or at any point thereafter. Providing false information about your age will result in account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Creation

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if detected, all accounts will be closed. You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. If your details change, you must notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. Transferring your account to someone else or allowing a third party to use it is prohibited.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The accepted methods for depositing and withdrawing funds on tk10 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. You may only deposit using a mobile wallet registered in your own name — deposits via third parties are not accepted.

Rocket is primarily the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Please note that the availability of all deposit services depends on the terms of the respective payment provider.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing time is generally 10 to 45 minutes. tk10 reserves the right to complete identity verification before processing a withdrawal request if necessary. It is recommended that the deposit and withdrawal methods be the same.

Any bonus or promotional credit must meet the associated wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 4). Only funds already in your main wallet with no active bonus conditions are eligible for withdrawal.

3.3 Transaction Timing

tk10 continuously strives to ensure fast transactions. However, tk10 is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or mobile wallet services. For any transaction-related issues, please contact our support team.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, making the total balance ৳2,000; or depositing ৳12,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
• tk10 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• Bonuses may be forfeited in cases of multiple accounts, fraud, or breach of terms.
• Bonus betting restrictions may apply to certain games — please see the relevant offer details.

tk10's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback benefit.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback benefit.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback benefit.

You can gradually advance to higher tiers based on your activity and participation. The specific benefits and rules for each tier are detailed on the relevant page. tk10 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All casino games, slots, fishing games, and sports betting offered on tk10 are operated in a fair and transparent manner. The outcome of each game is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which leaves no room for manipulation. The individual terms and conditions of each game provider apply.

6.2 Betting Rules

Please read the odds and terms displayed carefully when placing bets in the sports betting section. Each market has its own rules and no bet can be changed or cancelled after the result is finalized. tk10 reserves the right to void or adjust bets under specific circumstances (such as event cancellation or technical error).

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error or software issue results in abnormal outcomes or payouts, tk10 reserves the right to void those transactions. In such cases, affected users will be refunded their actual deposited amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions (bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, etc.).
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• Depositing or withdrawing using third-party funds.
• Using software hacking, cheating tools, or automated betting systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward platform staff.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration.

Any account may be closed either upon the user's request or at tk10's sole discretion. Upon account closure, any remaining valid funds will be returned after applicable bonus conditions have been met.

tk10 is not liable for the following:

• Disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues or third-party service failures.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or misuse of account credentials.
• Service interruptions due to unexpected technical errors or force majeure events.
• Financial losses arising from gaming activity that are the result of the user's own decisions.

In any circumstance, tk10's maximum liability will be limited to the total amount of the relevant transaction.
